Apple's docs disagree on the keyword limit
The App Store Connect reference gives keywords as "100 bytes", while Apple's App Store search guide says "100 characters". This tool counts against the search guide's 100 characters and shows the UTF-8 byte count for reference. Korean, Japanese, and Chinese characters take three bytes each, so the byte figure fills much faster. Spaces after commas count too, so drop them.
Leave words from your name and subtitle out of keywords
Apple's search guide says not to repeat words already in your app name, subtitle, or category. Names of other apps or companies aren't allowed either. This tool lists keywords that match words in the app name and subtitle fields.
Google Play counts full-width and half-width the same
The Play Console Help Center lists 30 characters for the app name, 80 for the short description, and 4,000 for the full description, and says the limits apply equally to full-width and half-width characters.

FAQ
Is the App Store keyword limit 100 characters or 100 bytes?
Apple's docs disagree. The App Store Connect reference says 100 bytes, and the App Store search guide says 100 characters. This tool counts against 100 characters and shows the UTF-8 byte count for reference. If you use many non-Latin characters, confirm that App Store Connect saves it.
Should I put spaces between keywords?
No. Commas are enough. Spaces after commas use bytes, so removing them leaves room for more keywords. This tool builds the list without spaces for you.
Does an emoji count as one character?
This tool counts what you see as one character, so one emoji is 1. The stores don't document how they count emoji, so it may differ.
Is anything I type stored?
No. The counting happens in your browser. If you press Copy link, the name, subtitle, keywords, title, and short description are put in the URL. Promotional text is never put in the URL.
